Tire covers a must

Tire covers are a must, on our first trip out after buying a used low mileage Class C RV we had a blow out.  We lost the use of the RV for seven months and had a bill for repairs over six thousand dollars. 

Looking back I can see new tires were needed because of age and sun exposure.  Tire pressure and temp monitors were needed and are corrected.  We have owned three Class C's and a trailer and thankfully only had one blowout, and have done all we can to try to avoid any more.  Finally we will replace all tires every 5-7 years or sooner if we see cracking, etc...
